Your Hostess and Chef, studied Culinary Arts and Management at The Art Institute of New York City. After running her own café for 15 years, she shifted her focus to the world of wellness. As part owner of Petra Island Tours, Donna is now creating and hosting Wellness Days on her family’s island offering a space to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the nature around us. Lets get well the Wright way, together.

Lauren was born and raised in Carmel New York. She has recently returned to the United States after spending six years in Australia. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, she has built her career around connecting with people, creating memorabe experiences and embracing new opportunities. Lauren has a passion for travel, adventure and making the most out of life. She began her career working with Donna Massaro when she was 18 years old. She thinks of her as a mentor and a friend.

Is your soundbowl healer for the day. She is a meditation teacher, sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and the resident meditation expert for Woman’s Day magazine. She’s also the founder of The LAB Wellness, a wellness company that makes meditation and mindful movement accessible to everyone—no matter where they are in life—and Elevate Mindfully, a modern editorial platform for mindful living, purpose, and inspired productivity. With over 20 years of experience in the health, wellness, and meditation space, Lindsey brings a powerful combination of science-backed strategy and intuitive teaching to every session. She’s a NASM-certified trainer, CSCS, 305 Fitness instructor, and certified Unplug Meditation teacher. Her meditations can be found on the Unplug App, Insight Timer, and her Youtube channel, Elevate Mindfully. And her mission? To help people feel strong, calm, clear, and connected—mind, body, and soul.

Christine Hamilton is your passionate yoga instructor who has been sharing her practice since 2006. She also teaches Pilates, dance and paddleboarding. A long time resident, she finds inspiration and peace in her community's beautiful lakes, woods and recreational facilities. Christine's personal journey towards holistic wellness began at a young age, fueling a lifelong dedication to learning from other health professionals and her surroundings. She teaches with a compassionate and insightful approach, helping students connect with their bodies and minds to achieve their wellness goals. Through her work, she continues to explore the potential of the human spirit, guiding others on their own paths to healing and health.

Jeanine is a Reiki practitioner, shamanic guide, and keeper of sacred nature-based practices. Through her own healing journey marked by grief, transformation, and spiritual awakening, she has come to believe that beauty, meaning, and renewal can emerge even from life’s most difficult experiences.
With a deep reverence for the wisdom of the natural world and the guidance of our ancestors, Jeanine holds space for others to reconnect with their intuition, remember their inner wisdom and experience healing through mindful practices, ceremony, and a deeper connection to the Earth.
Her work is an invitation to slow down, create with intention, and rediscover the profound healing that unfolds when we remember that we are not separate from nature—we are part of it..

Debra is the go to girl. Anything you need, she will make happen. She is a dedicated individual whose life is centered around health, fitness, and mental well-being. She believes in the powerful connection between physical and mental health, and this commitment shapes much of her daily routine. Spending time outdoors is one of her greatest joys, as it brings clarity and a deep sense of balance. Professionally, Debra works as a critical care registered nurse, a role that she finds deeply rewarding and fulfilling. Her passion for caring for others in their most vulnerable moments aligns with her own focus on health and wellness, making her work a natural extension of her personal values.
James Maxwell has been on Lake Mahopac since 1966, and a graduate of Mahopac High School in 1980. He began employment at age 14 as a Dock Hand at a marina on the lake and has operated all types of small craft, earning a Captain's license in 2025. Following retirement from concurrent careers in the US Marine Corps, and New York State Police, James worked in several corporate security roles, until he realized that he was just not corporate material. He can answer any question you may have about Lake Mahopac!
